Upgrade to Ubuntu 7.04 using cd

Problem
I want to upgrade from Ubuntu 6.10 to 7.04, but the `Update Manager' tells me I have to download 644 Mbytes. I have already downloaded and burned an Ubuntu 7.04 cd. Can I upgrade to Ubuntu 7.04 using this cd?

- Official Ubuntu guidelines, but no dialog is displayed after cd insert. Command gives me error:
$> gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade" sh: Can't open /cdrom/cdromupgrade
