Problem
I want to adjust the height of the handlebars, but after loosening the central bolt a few strokes and ticking it down with a small hammer, the handlebars are still stuck.
Solution
Stand in front of the bicycle with the wheel between your legs. Grab the handlebars and try to turn them. If that's not working, try putting the bicycle up side down which gives you more momentum: Place the bicycle up side down. Stand between the two wheels with the bicycle between your legs. Put your feet on the handlebars. Grab the frontwheel on both sides. Try to turn the wheel sidewards by applying force. Alternate left and right. If the wheel starts to move, try pulling slightly as well.
